Project assurance

We have experience of project assurance in both the public and private sectors.

  • We have worked in and run Project Support Offices and Programme Management Offices (PMOs), advising and mentoring project managers on best practice for project management and planning.
  • We have led, and been a member of, OGC Gateway reviews teams
  • We have introduced best practice through the application of formal methods, using PRINCE2 for project management planning and control, Rational Unified Process (RUP) for software engineering, and ISO 9000 for quality management systems.
