Project Management

If you have a problem meeting any of these objectives, we can advise on the appropriate controls and project management methods to put in place to ensure successful delivery.
We specialise in information and business change projects, particularly Electronic Document and Records Management systems (EDRMS).
Quality Consulting
Having acquired ISO9000 and maintained it for 3 years for a software house client, we can advise on achieving and other aspects of quality certification.
We can also assist in the development of a Quality statement for your business, and enable you to be fully registered for government procurement portals such as CompeteFor.
